A Little About Me

Welcome, my name is Rachel, and I am so glad you are here. Born and raised in Sonoma County, growing up I’ve always been told I was too sensitive; however, my life’s journey of self-healing has taught me that my sensitivity is one of my greatest gifts and the main ingredient in my client's experiences. In 2003 after the birth of my second child I enrolled at San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology to learn as much as I could about skin care and cosmetic chemistry to help alleviate my child's eczema. This initial training sent me on a lifelong quest to better understand the connection of as within so without.

 

Over the last 20 years I've been blessed to further my education in the holistic health body mind sphere. I’ve studied with The International Dermal Institute and PCA Skin. I have completed certifications with The National Holistic Institute school of Massage Therapy and as a yoga teacher with The Asheville Yoga Center. I am a level 2 Reiki Practitioner through the NC Reiki Training Center. I am also certified in Crystal healing through the Love and Light school of Crystal healing. 

 

Over the years I have also participated in various workshops with the Barbara Brennan school of healing and the Bauman school of Nutrition and tuning fork sound healing training with Acutonics. Being an intuitive empath and a mystic at heart I bring my various intuitive gifts to sessions with clients. I am Clairtangent, Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and Clairsentient; these sensitivities and my years of various trainings allow me to provide a truly special experience while working with each client as the whole unique being they are.
